  • Hello, I want to order a Chic Smart in white to Switzerland. If I don't choose the express delivery with DHL, how long does it take to deliver and is there additional shipping cost? With DHL it says about 5 to 7 days for 135 cost but I don't see any other shipping options or prices. If I have any issues with the item are there any local service centers in Europe or do I have to service it myself? Please let me know before I order.

  • Hello,
    So I just bought a Smart Balance Wheel and it was working fine for few hours but then it started shaking whenever I drove it slowly. So I thought that it might be a calibration problem so I turned the device off and then held the power button. That made the right wheel light start flashing while the left wheel was constantly on. When I try to drive it only the right wheel moves. So I turned it on and off few times hoping it will be fixed but it didn't fix it. Now both lights are always on and both wheels don't move. The battery is full. How can I fix it? Is there any way to reset the device? Or to probably change the mode of the device? Also, the key does not communicate with the device anymore. Thank you.

  • Bought a balance wheel 2 days ago and I got the following problems:
    1- No manual was inside the package.
    2 -The balance wheels start moving far apart. It means the axis/spindle is getting longer. I have to stop and push the wheels toward each other. Is it normal?
