- Hi, I have a Chic Smart and after two days it is broken since it is troubleshooting. Since my daughter loves it, I am thinking about buying another but I need to be sure that it is not troubleshooting. The one she has started to shake after she climbed off, and after a couple of seconds jammed right into the wall. Since it is pretty heavy it almost injured her. After 10seconds it stopped shaking and blocked and a couple of seconds later she could use it again. Now, it does not want to turn off again and keeps turning around by itself and I can't let her drive anymore. Do you test the items before sending them to Europe? From where do you send it? In case of troubleshooting, can I send the item back to you for replacement at your cost? Thanks for your help. Andrea
