The IPS T260 and me
Have been riding for about 15-20 hours since I received the products and thought it is enough time for a review.

Once having opened the delivery and inspected the contents it seems the parts which you receive are:

1x IPS T260 Electric Unicycle.
1x Charger
1x Learning belt
1x user manual (In Chinese)
1x International plug to suit your country.

Missing form the product listing are:

2x Training wheels
1x Aeration Extender

Although not really bothered with the training wheels as it just made the learning curve steeper for me and a bit of a challenge is always fun. Didn't even mind doing a major face plant in the first hour. (Lucky no one else was around for them to record my failure for YouTube)

Would have been nice to receive the Aeration extender though, as the air hose on the wheel is angled in a way which is harder to get to.

The big red panels on either side are not actually gel/foam pads. When I first started to learn how to ride this thing I clamped the unit between my calves but learned that was actually a bad way to ride as it was more difficult to adjust yourself out of the way of an obstacles. They are however a little rubbery to give grip to your clothing if you do go down the calve gripping method.

A good tip would be to add padding to your ankles, as that is where I found the most rubbing when riding the unit. But I think this is common to all unicycles at the moment.

One major thing to note is that at the top of the unit it doesn't have the usual 4 LED lights to advise on the current battery level. Instead the power button starts to flash. When the green light is solid, the battery power is more than 67%. When the green light flash (about once per second), the battery power is between 33% and 67%. When the flashing frequency is higher (about 5 times per second), the current power is less than 33%. When the indicate light is red, it indicates that the battery power is very low and immediate charge is necessary. A friend provided me with that information, so thanks to him.

I have not ridden until it has become completely dry yet so don't know what to expect. I'm hoping it does what most of the Asian made unicycles do and slows you down then stops. Unlike the Solowheel that just cuts out and sends the rider flying.

The speeding warning, only beeps when you get close to top speed and starts to tilt you backwards to try and stop you for leaning more. One of the highlights that made me get this unit. Most of the other makes and models start beeping when you have only got to half speed and doesn't stop until you go lower again. This would totally annoy me.

The 13.4kg weight doesn't seem much on paper but its really heavy when you first start to learn it as you are constantly adjusting and picking up the unit. What really hurts on my body are my feet (For the moment no electric unicycles have shock absorbers or suspension). Ankles (The rubbing against the unit). Calves (Used as part of the balancing, possibly if you use them to grip the unit between too). Waist and inner core (Where most of your balancing come from. Lower back as when starting out you will be constantly picking up the unit.)

The shell of the unit is pretty sturdy. Has already suffered some cosmetic scratches from my swan dive but lets face it. Its not the most attractive unit to start with. Would probably suit rugged male riders more as we tend to not care how a product looks but more interested in whats under the hood. In that... price vs performance its one of the best units available. Especially at Electric Unicycle Online current price of $499.90. Which is quite unheard of for a 16" Wheel.

If I was to place this in a ranking with other electric unicycles I would say that this is not a wheel for beginners and its getting into the realm of advance riders. Although I was a beginner when getting this. The 1000W rated engine, 260WH battery coupled with the 16" wheel and most of all the price was too hard to ignore.

environmental friendly tool to avoid traffic troubles
I've now had for 5 days and it's the real deal. I actually bought it for my son who lives and works downtown so he could ditch the car and take the sidewalks to work. It is environmental friendly and can avoid traffic troubles.

Got it for two weeks, good
Got it for two weeks. A bit heavy for me, but not affect the use at all. It will be very good for a boy. It has good balance performance. It is very easy to learn to ride if you have a strong sense of balance.

Although I was a beginner when getting this. The 1000W rated engine, 260WH battery coupled with the 16" wheel and most of all the price was too hard to ignore.

Feeling good with this buy
Have been riding for about a total of 4 hours since I received the products and thought it is enough time for a review.

Once having opened the delivery and inspected the contents it seems the parts which you receive are:

1x IPS T260 Electric Unicycle.
1x Charger
1x Learning belt
1x user manual (In Chinese)
1x International plug to suit your country.

Missing form the product listing are:

2x Training wheels
1x Aeration Extender

Although not really bothered with the training wheels as it just made the learning curve steeper for me and a bit of a challenge is always fun. Didn't even mind doing a major face plant in the first hour. (Lucky no one else was around for them to record my failure for YouTube)

Would have been nice to receive the Aeration extender though, as the air hose on the wheel is angled in a way which is harder to get to.

The big red panels on either side are not actually gel/foam pads. When I first started to learn how to ride this thing I clamped the unit between my calves but learned that was actually a bad way to ride as it was more difficult to adjust yourself out of the way of an obstacles. They are however a little rubbery to give grip to your clothing if you do go down the calve gripping method.

A good tip would be to add padding to your ankles, as that is where I found the most rubbing when riding the unit. But I think this is common to all unicycles at the moment.

One major thing to note is that at the top of the unit it doesn't have the usual 4 LED lights to advise on the current battery level. Instead the power button starts to flash. When the green light is solid, the battery power is more than 67%. When the green light flash (about once per second), the battery power is between 33% and 67%. When the flashing frequency is higher (about 5 times per second), the current power is less than 33%. When the indicate light is red, it indicates that the battery power is very low and immediate charge is necessary. A friend provided me with that information, so thanks to him.

I have not ridden until it has become completely dry yet so don't know what to expect. I'm hoping it does what most of the Asian made unicycles do and slows you down then stops. Unlike the Solowheel that just cuts out and sends the rider flying.

The speeding warning, only beeps when you get close to top speed and starts to tilt you backwards to try and stop you for leaning more. One of the highlights that made me get this unit. Most of the other makes and models start beeping when you have only got to half speed and doesn't stop until you go lower again. This would totally annoy me.

The 13.4kg weight doesn't seem much on paper but its really heavy when you first start to learn it as you are constantly adjusting and picking up the unit. What really hurts on my body are my feet (For the moment no electric unicycles have shock absorbers or suspension). Ankles (The rubbing against the unit). Calves (Used as part of the balancing, possibly if you use them to grip the unit between too). Waist and inner core (Where most of your balancing come from. Lower back as when starting out you will be constantly picking up the unit.)

The shell of the unit is pretty sturdy. Has already suffered some cosmetic scratches from my swan dive but lets face it. Its not the most attractive unit to start with. Would probably suit rugged male riders more as we tend to not care how a product looks but more interested in whats under the hood. In that... price vs performance its one of the best units available. Especially at Electric Unicycle Online current price of $499.90. Which is quite unheard of for a 16" Wheel.

If I was to place this in a ranking with other electric unicycles I would say that this is not a wheel for beginners and its getting into the realm of advance riders. Although I was a beginner when getting this. The 1000W rated engine, 260WH battery coupled with the 16" wheel and most of all the price was too hard to ignore.

environmental friendly tool to avoid traffic troubles
I've now had for 5 days and it's the real deal. I actually bought it for my son who lives and works downtown so he could ditch the car and take the sidewalks to work. It is environmental friendly and can avoid traffic troubles.

Got it for two weeks, good
Got it for two weeks. A bit heavy for me, but not affect the use at all. It will be very good for a boy. It has good balance performance. It is very easy to learn to ride if you have a strong sense of balance.
